For sale is a very rare and special pair of Coral Flat 5 V2 full range speaker drivers. I bought these new in their boxes (from 1980 or so) and have found them to be absolutely one of the best sounding full range speakers I have ever heard. These were made for ported boxes but I used them in large open backed cabinets. They do not disappoint! Approximately 92 db/wm and I had no problem playing these at very satisfying, room-filling volumes with a 1.5 watt 45 amplifier.These are rare drivers by any measure and especially in this condition with their boxes and factory hookup wire. I’d like to keep these beauties but am gathering funds for another project and need to let them go. These will be double boxed and well packed to survive the journey to you.
