Hi All,As is my usual habit of looking to share items, as opposed to letting them gather dust, I’m looking to find a wonderful | caring individual whom will love them just as much as I’ve?, as unexpected circumstances have forced me to carefully weigh said items in our home, I’ve decided to part with these, as much as I love them musically speaking, as well as visually, in life one has to at times make said sacrifices. I’m looking to sell them out of necessity versus not liking them, as I’ve told my dear wife….., more often than not, I don’t sell much of anything because I wish, more so than need to, as survival has to take precedence over mere wants. This was in fact my very first time owning speakers ( mini-monitors ) priced over $5000, and upon first listen came away saying to the wife….., if this is what spending $5000 or more on said speakers brings, I should’ve invested in something like this years ago. Their overall sound strikes me as very organic | offering a sense of textural beauty I find difficult to put into words……, the tonality is spot on | moves me to tears during every listening session I’ve had through them to date | their sound-staging capabilities are much much clearer as the images within are as firmly placed as I’ve ever encountered. The sound itself seems to swell as opposed to merely expanding beyond the outermost boarders of each speaker as if their very life depended upon it. They in fact walk an extremely fine line between refinement | detailing with an overall great sense of scale | balance, I’d say they’re on the warmer, laidback side of which I’ve found is offset by the use of in my case the use of either pure silver or silver plated copper IC’s | USB cables | PCs further up the chain starting at the source, which is primarily from my DAC into either of the integrated amps at my disposal, which only enhanced their nimbleness | resolution in a manner which is very very addictive to say the least. As someone whom has always preferred mini-monitors from the start, having become active in our shared hobby ( passion ) beginning in 1979, while stationed in Japan and upon my return to the states, had a pair of Roger LS 3/5A’s in toll, now upwards of 32 pairs latter……, I can add this is the most extended soft dome tweeter I’ve ever heard, easily rivaling the hard metal dome or ribbon based designs I’ve heard | owned in the past in brands like Acoustic Energy | Totems | Monitor Audio | Celestion | Martin-Logan | Magnepan | Sound Labs and so on, and to my mind correctly balanced top to bottom seamlessly to boot. And being the rather anal retentive type, you can be assured they’re as mentioned in mint condition, no dinks, dents, smashed corners, pushed in drivers on my watch, like ever, so no defects here whatsoever. This version includes the walnut side panels, where are sold at $600 per pair and are in fact a very very nice bonus versus the standard black version. My price includes shipping within the USA, and said shipping would be adjusted accordingly if they’re to be shipped elsewhere at the buyers expense, so please respect said price as being more than fair for what these wonderful sounding little Italian speakers shall bring to the mix. These offer a sonic signature in a more complete manner versus many of the other Italian, or European makes which came come across as rather recessed, in a darkened room….., one could easily swear they were in fact listening to an extremely balanced floor-stander, such is their overall impression. Yet I’ve to add……, if caught in a good mood?, I might be willing to except $3300, as an absolute minimum. Actual photo(s) are shown as the 3rd | 4th ones. If they sell?, I’d be very very happy for said buyer, as I once again think they’re definitely amongst the most musical speakers I’ve owned, yet if they don’t?, I’m not going to stress it, and move on. I’ve noticed they’ve gained some attention as far as how many of you’ve viewed them | so I’m wondering if one of you is in fact willing to stop sitting on the fence?, and do what your guts tells you’d be a worthwhile investment in self?, as always, operators are standing by to assist in any said manner required?, let’s keep them working, shall we?.
