Possibly used, Matsushita, in Lindal box, 12FQ7. Tube #3: 3300/3100 gm, 7.5/7 mA. Used GE 12FQ7. Long gray plates. Tube #4: 2700/2700 gm, 6.1/6 mA. Sylvania. Tall box plates. Code BR.
