This is a Over-Seas version without Dolby, It is the rack mount with a working scope....It will also work on 110 volt or 220 volt (it is set for 110 volt now......It has a very small nick on the top edge of the front and a small scratch on one of the handles......The dial reads about a 1/4 inch off....Maybe the pointer slipped on the dial cord .......This will be sold as-is because of age, and only shipped in the lower 48 states..............The shipping will be by Fed-Ex ground at a 50.00 flat rate.................Questions e-mail..............THANKS
