In good cosmetic condition - especially for its age. In working condition - and can be used as is. Priced however to afford you the opportunity to have a lower level hum diagnosed and eliminated. The rotary dial also needs adjusting to more readily locate stations.I am in Rochester, MN, but I am frequently in Minneapolis. I prefer a local sale in either SE MN or the Twin Cities. If it is to be shipped, this will be at Buyers expense and risk. I will however cap the Buyer's shipping expense at $50.
