For your consideration is a good-condition Metrum Octave Mini NOS DAC. This DAC DOES support 24/192 kHz. Google for the rave reviews of this DAC. In the interest of full disclosure: I've opened the power supply and changed the jumper for 110v/220v twice because I've used it in Asia country during my assignment there (now it is back to 110v position).
