This is a great way to tame your Lowther drivers. When installed this will remove the Lowther shout. It improves the frequency balance and allows the sound stage to become Way More Coherent. The treble isn't effected, neither is the transient response or the attack. The bass is not softer and there is far more of it. With some Lowther drivers you will see as much as 4 db gain between 40 ~ 128hz. With some Lowthers they sound thin until the volume is cranked. The tendency to sound thin until cranked is gone using the Gizmo's. This setup works best with banana plug speaker connectors as seen in the photo.
