Presented for your approval, a Van den Hul MC-ONE. I don't remember how I got this cart, but apparently my plan was to send it off and have the stylus checked, retip if needed.
Well, that never happened and I don't have an MC phono stage or SUT and really have no intention of getting either. I did have the MC-ONE playing at one time (borrowed my daughter's Cambridge phono pre) but I only played a few tracks to verify that both channels were working (they are).
The cart sounded fine but I can't vouch for the hours or the condition of the diamond.
Still, the current MC-ONE Special sells for something close to $2K; for one hundred smackers and another two-fifty for a retip, my Vandy can be your bargain sleeper.
I have the original box and all the tools. I'd like to keep the mirrored protractor but will include if necessary.
