The Audeze LCD-2C is a full-blown LCD-2 except for the presentation. Audeze came out with these for the holiday season in 2017, more or less as a promotion. Mechanically they are official LCD-2's, but instead of the wood grained effect on the body of the cans, they simply have a matte black. The box is somewhat less fancy than 'normal' as well, but seriously, are either of those two things all that important? This pair has an after-market Venus Audio cable with Furutech connectors, which was an added hundred or so. This pair has also been used very sparingly, as the sonic signature of my HiFi Man HE-560's are more to my everyday liking.
