Fisher TA-800, probably a console pull, was an epay refugee for over $150 USD which I then renovated with fresh old stock tubes and William Hardy's help at (he also rebuilt the Ballantynes www.vintageamplifierrestoration.com after over $500 in parts labor and tubes all problems were fixed and all functions work. Auricaps throughout the audio path. I'd characterize it as poor cosmetically and renovated functionally. It was evidently stored for a long time in a damp environment and shows some light rust on the chassis and some degradation of the finish on the face. All tubes were tested and replaced if needed with good ones, even the old stock 7591 test great. Will include a new quad of JJ 7591 with it as well. Perfect for warming up a sterile CD player with great vintage sound with about 25-30 watts per channel clean. No reasonable offers refused.
