I have four of these capacitors. The $20 cost is for 1 capacitor. They are Clarity Cap TC 45uK 700 volt dc with the numbers 1216A on them. I did measure them with my capacitance tester and the results were:
Capacitance ESR
(1.) 45uf 1.4
(2.) 44.97uf 1.1
(3.) 45.34uf 1.1
(4.) 45.02uf 1.1
I could not find an original msrp for these caps. I pulled them from an Audio Note amplifier that I restored. I replaced these with Kaisei caps. The Clarity caps are in great condition and meet specifications.
