For sale:

(1) Sony TA-N220 solid state home audio power amplifier. It doesn't show the "ES" badge, but it was built in same era and it has same features as Sony's other ES amplifiers. This may have been a marketing goof-up.

It is an audiophile amp that can be run as a 4 channel or bridged as a 2 channel amp.

In 4 channel mode, each channel develops 50 watts of power at 6 ohm load at <0.12% THD. When 2 channels are bridged, the bridged channel develops 100 watts at 8 ohm load at <0.12% THD

Lights on front panel show "Green" for 4 channel mode or "Orange" for bridged mode. A nice touch.

This unit has the Rosewood finish side panels. This was a feature on some of Sony's ES line and really adds a nice look to the amp. It makes those without look unfinished.

It is in excellent cosmetic finish. The picture shows some dust. It may have a few very minor marks, but overall it looks great. It operates normally and sounds great. It can be used in 2 channel mode for your main amp in audio only or home theater setup. Many have used it in 3-channel mode with 100 watt driving center channel and 2 x 50 for rear surrounds. Lots of flexibility.

I have copy of manual that I will include with the amp.

Email with any questions or for more pictures.

Thanks.
