Hi Guys,As I had primarily purchased these as an alternate speaker cable to use with a Naim Audio Nait 2, since I didn't want to use the NAC-A5 that is offered pushed upon Naim users as the only cables to use. And being that there have been many advances in speaker cables since the release of said Naim NAC-A5 - I gave these a try and found that with said amp there was a very systematic means of integrating the overall sound in a more realistic manner. Yet, as many of us in the hobby can attest to nothing is a given, and we more often then not find ourselves venturing out once again in search of our own ' Holy Grail ', I myself am one of those people whom collects different amps ( either solid state or tube ) and have found myself enjoying a little unknown British made EL84 integrated of late, and am merely trying to find a cable that better suits its flavor of sonics if you will. Which means that in order to fund my quest, these have to be moved. In other words, my lost is someone else's gain - as I'm more inclined towards silver cables as a means of possibly enhancing my enjoyment with said amp. These are up for grabs, as some might recall I posted a review of these here as well as on a few other forums stating just how much I loved them compared to Cablesupwards of $2.700 - and that still holds true to this day, but as we all should know - no brand of cable is about one size fits all - none are they universal in that sense. So as most would agree it's all about approaching cables from a synergistic standpoint as they are often system dependent in said cases. But I can assure you this, if you're in fact looking for a cable that offers a truer - cleaner - more timbre correctness about it without adding sweeteners and/or coloration into the notes themselves?, this cable should certainly be on your short list. There's a certain sense of things sounding - how do one say " Right " - " Truthful " - " Correct "
And lastly " Honest " about these cables then I've found with many, yet I'm also aware that some prefer a more colored sounding cables that isn't giving them the truth of how one might have voiced their systems in the wrong way to begin with - so one has to be willing to admit to themselves - they aren't hearing their systems at their best. But here's a chance to correct that, if you're looking for honesty in a cable that's going to show you just how much more inner detailing you've been missing?, look no further. Much as I hate to part with these.........., and I do. I know that I'm in need of solid core silver cables to fit my tube amp even more so - but at least I'm honest about what's needed in my case. So it's your call!, there aren't any written reviews on these out there by professional reviews - but their are quite a few that are from actual users which I think are more important in the end, because these are from people whom have actually taken the time to invest their own funds into these cables and I can't speak for others!, but I perfer to hear what owners have to say as opposed to relying upon biased reviews that might be paid for. Just my thinking coming through there - so no hate email please. I might add that these cables are absolutely in Mint condition as I'm somewhat anal about said matters and don't believe in things with dents - dings - scuff marks - blemishes or imperfections - so be assured these have been well taken care of. But as I'm an Old School ' Analog ' type, I don't own nor wish to own one of those new digital camera thingies, so can't offer photos, but can supply them through email as taken with one of my iDevices.
