This is the Lexicon MC-8B digital controller/preamplifier, balanced version. It has very few hours of use on it and is in like new condition. I did a search to find the retail price of this unit and I found a Home Theater magazine article that listed the unbalanced version at $5995 and this balanced version at $6995. This unit has the dealer installed microphone board and version 2.0 software. There was another software update, version 2.1, which I downloaded and installed myself. The Microphone board and version 2.0 software upgrade kit was $800, the microphone kit was $500. The 2.1 upgrade was free from the Lexicon website. Total original price was $8295.00. Basically what I'm doing here is asking for less than half the original price of the MC-8B and throwing in the Microphone board/software upgrade and microphone kit for free. The microphone kit is brand new/unused. You can find more MC-8 information on the Lexicon website (I don't want to make this description any longer than it's going to be already). All items shown are the actual items are all are original. The MC-8, user's guide/manual, lighted remote, power cord, mic board and 2.0 software upgrade instructions and CD, MC-8 V2 release notes that were in the upgrade, and original box and packing. There is box under the user's guide and that is the box the mic board came in. The microphone kit comes in it's own plastic case with foam packing as well as an original cardboard box. I would place that box inside another box with some packing around it. The microphone kit contains:

-Two (2) Microphone Stands
-One (1) Plastic Carrying Case
-One (1) Lexicon Label
-One (1) Lexicon Microphone Kit Documentation I accept Paypal payments. I ship by UPS and there will be two boxes, one for the MC-8 and another for the mic kit. I will insure both boxes. I will also send them with delivery confirmation unless you have them sent to your place of business where you have a receiving department that will sign for them. If you want them sent to your home without delivery confirmation where they are just left outside, I can't be held responsible if something happens to them.
