I initially acquired this amp as a trade-in for my cables without much expectation. However, once I plugged it in, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. These amps feature third-generation technology, utilizing the latest ICEpower® advancements and a completely redesigned input stage.

In my experience, these amps are particularly well-suited for ribbon and AMT tweeter-based speakers. I've achieved fantastic results with the Magnepan LRS+, Mark & Daniel Monitor+, Ruby, and Salk Sound Silk Monitors. While these speakers performed well with other amps, the Wyred4Sound amps brought an immediacy and energy to the top end that I hadn't experienced with other Class D amps.
