Up for sale is my lightly used VT-200 with a just broken in set of ARC tubes, black faceplate, manuals and a homemade crate. It also comes with a full set of brand new Nichicon output caps I bought on sale but the caps in this unit are still good. My asking price includes insured freight via Adcom Worldwide if you live in the lower 48 states, HI and AK delivery would be a bit more.I am the third owner but the first owner lightly used it, the dealer owner could not afford to keep it and for me it was used as a "fall/winter amp" so sat unused during the spring and summer. I have replaced it with a BAT amp I can leave on all the time but this still has more control of my MG-20.1 speakers. This is many people's dream amp, it will power virtually any speaker. Condition is very good. The front faceplate and top cover look excellent. There are a few marks on the rear handles, normal wear. Technician owned and bias has been set before sale though it barely drifts. Internally, the VT200 presents a very open architecture within a spacious, rugged chassis. A single cooling fan operable at three different speeds provides unobstrusive cooling of interior components, including the vacuum tubes mounted along the chassis sidewalls. Biasing of the output tubes is easily accomplished via two trim pots for each channel, accessible through holes located along each sidewall of the chassis.
