ORIGINAL OWNERUp for sale is one of my David Berning/Linear Tube Audio ZOTL40 Mk. ll amps. I bought two of these to run in mono but one is all I really need. It's in excellent condition with about 500 hours use. There are many great reviews of this amp on various audio websites. The latest review is in the May/June issue of TAS by Dick Olsher. This amp easily drives the 4 ohm Spatial speakers, a great match. As the ZOTL doesn't use a traditional output transformer, transient response, focus, sound staging and clarity are all excellent. The ZOTL40 is truly plug and play, no bias or other adjustments ever needed. Tubes run warm, not hot like other tube amps, last 10,000 hours and use EL 34 or variants. The Mk. ll comes with Genalex Gold Lion KT77 and 12 AT7 and 12 AU7 tubes. Tubes are enclosed under the cage so it's safe for use around children. It has 1 set of XLR inputs and 2 sets of RCA inputs, one pair is volume controlled so you can run your source without a preamp, the other is direct in. Used in child, pet and smoke free environment.
