I need to raise some funds for my new pre-amp and since I have a set of Musical Fidelity A5 (integrated and CD player) that I don't currently use I put them up for sale.
Both have received great reviews and they remain tremendous pieces of equipment 4 years later. The A5 CD player is an upsampling player with tube output, great resolution and very nice tonal precision thanks to the tube output stage. The A5 amplifier is a 250 watt/ channel affair that I have not been able to put on its knees even with very demanding loads. Also finely resolved with a touch of warmth it includes one of the best MM phono pre-amps available in an integrated this price as well as HT bypass. I was saving it for a second system but I finally found a pre-amp I love, so the A5's msut go. I have boxes, manual, remotes for both. I'll cover pay-pal fees, shipping is at buyer's expense - local pick-up is also OK (and I can drive part of the way). I'll accept money orders or checks as well but won't ship until they have cleared, so pay-pal is definately prefered and since I'll cover the cost, no worries for you.
