NuForce iCon iDo DAC and headphone amp. This is for older Apple iPods and phones with 30 pin dock connector. It does not work with any other gadgets, only Apple. Lots of info online with lists of compatible devices.
I've used it with my Classic 7th gen, Nano 5th gen and iPhone 4s connected to a receiver, pre-amp/power amp and directly into a power amp. It has analog l/r outputs to go to any receiver/amp, and a digital coax output to go to an outboard dac or receiver with it's own dac.
Your Apple remote will work with it, mine is not included. A universal cable remote with the Apple code entered will also work.
I spliced some extra wire in the power supply wire to make it longer.
