I purchased this amp new from an auth dealer in March 2011. There is not a mark on it as I took it out of the box, put it on the shelf, and never moved it again until today's pic. I bought it for use with a monitor/sub setup because the built-in switchable high-pass filter allowed me to limit the bass to the monitors to 40/60/80Hz, etc and send a full range signal to the subs. Worked like a charm. Amp has many high quality features such as discreet resistor volume control, dual mono, etc. It has a full, warm, meaty sound-not threadbare-and could be a great match for bright speakers or room. Has bass, treble, balance controls. The M3 has been Stereophile "A" and TAS Editors Choice and there are many positive reviews to check out. Selling because I now have full range floorstanders so I don't need the bass mgmt feature plus my eyes are going and I can't see the damn display across the room anymore. Bought a BAT with a large display. If interested send me an email or we can talk on the phone about the sound of the amp or any other concerns.
