I repeat, both units are fully functional and sound amazing. Cosmetically Solid 9/10 condition. Absolutely gorgeous as you can see in the photos and there are no cosmetic blemishes of any kind. Again…perfect cosmetic condition, very much as new condition. Faceplates, knobs, switches, top covers, rear panel covers, all connectors and all four cherry side panels are perfect. If you’re looking, you know that this is some of the finest sounding audio equipment on the planet. I’m the second owner and both units come complete with original Leben HiFi packing containers and owners manuals. They are “as new” and that is reflected in the price. Also relevant to pricing is the vintage vacuum tubes included in the sale. Both CS300SX and RS30EQ have what I consider the best sounding vintage vacuum tubes available already installed. Lots of critical listening time and tube buying money was required to determine the tube compliment. I chose strong and closely matching vintage tubes that sound great in order to bring the sound quality of these units to the highest level possible.
A NOS matched quad of Russian 6N14P-EV power tubes and strong matching GE 5 Star 5751 black plate with triple mica spacers are included for use with the Leben CS300XS. A strong matching pair of Telefunken ECC81 and a pair of NOS Sylvania 6x5gt are included with the RS30EQ.(That’s a spare rectifier for the RS30EQ). No power cables are included. I had wonderful results using Sablon Audio cable throughout this setup and that is also available (msg me)
