OK, so its a little dusty from sitting in the closet. I'll dust it before boxing/shipping. This is a very nice solid state preamp for the price. I am the original owner purchasing from Pacific Valve in Chicago. Original receipt included (February 2010). 5 RCA inputs and 2 sets of outputs so you can attach a sub to the second set of outputs. Heavy solid remote controls volume, channel and mute. The preamp remembers volume levels for each input and that is a very nice feature. $260 includes shipping in continental US and Paypal. Audio GD seems to have refocused on more expensive equipment. I think this is a high value piece for someone who doesn't need a preamp with lots of bells and whistles, but wants a solid and good sounding performer.
