New power supply was built by a professional electronic engineer with 40 years of experience in high end audio and even holds several US patents for tonearms and turntables.
Controls are scratch-free.
This preamp has a ground terminal on a back and I've noticed that sometimes (it depends on where you use it) it needs to be properly grounded.
Comes with all the paperwork and schematics for the power supply.
