From my experience with it, this is a powerful, excellent sounding little receiver. I used it to drive a pair of Klipsch KG 4.2 speakers and my DIY Frugel Horns. It is in excellent physical and operational condition. I would rate if a 9/10. Everything works, although I have no way to test the tape monitor functions. The phono preamp works great, as does the tuner. All pots have been cleaned with Deoxit, and the glass, knobs and case have been disassembled and cleaned. I will include a copy of the manual, which I downloaded and printed. Here's the specs I pulled from the web. Description: Harman Kardon 1978 Vintage 30 W per Channel Direct Coupled Amplifier.
