I bought these to hold me over while a much more expensive set of speakers were getting repaired. These ended up surprising the heck out of me!Beautiful gloss/piano black finish. This Anniversary Edition uses the famed JET Tweeter from Elac; as expected, the highs were tremendous. But what REALLY surprised me was the bass. I have a small nearly square room with some standing wave issues; but these speakers (rated to 36Hz, not sure of tolerance) gave me incredible bass. Dead Can Dance's "In Concert" album in hi-rez had me smiling ear to ear hearing these. I have the accessories, and actually do have the boxes. But these are large and prohibitively expensive to ship if you don't have special rates. So local sale; I am in NE Mass, near the NH border, close to Rt 495 and 93 interchange.
