Cosmetically they are also 100% except for an imperfection on the bottom right front corner of one speaker. They are LARGE speakers both in weight and physical size so local pickup is a must. I am the second owner and do not have the original boxes for transport. This set has the upgraded finish - Rosewood…very attractive. They come with the bases and spikes. I am parring down my system and trying to live with less but have to say that these may be the best all around speaker I have had the pleasure of owning. I will not go into all the explicatives that describe how fantastic these speakers sound, but believe me they are all present!!
