I am selling my cherished 604-8H-II speaker system. They sound fantastic and clearly enable you to hear what you put upstream (source, amp, etc).
See my Audiogon feedback- moniker is: SndsrtaudThe build is 3/4" cabinet grade natural maple on all sides with the front 3 baffles having constrained layer damping with 3/4" MDF glued and screwed. THe internals are damped 3" acoustic foam and a hollow ceramic ball coating to the interior of the entire cabinet. Needless to say, these are inert and you will hear no cabinet coloration. The crossover is from Great Plains Audio. Other photos can be sent. I love these, but am selling as I simply do not have time to listen to my home system- we adopted twin 6 yr olds a few years ago and are in preocess adopting 2 young girls from Russia. My new system is my Ford Expedition. LOL! THey are large and heavy so pick up only.
