These are made from Saba green cone 8 inch wide band drivers and tweeters..They are from Germany [late 50's,early 60's]..The cabinets were made from a kit and then finished with many coats of lacquer and look very nice..They come with Mundorf Supreme caps [1 on each side=$66 for two] and Cardas cpbp connectors [4 for $85].There is a lot written on the internet about these speakers and these cabinets.I used them with 2 watt per side SET amp with excellent results..The cabinets extend the bass very well and the tweeters cover the higher range very well. This is a chance to get a very nice speaker set up that will accomodate low powered amps ..I am asking a low price for these because they need to be picked up.I am located in Northern Calif,SF bay area,Napa Valley Trades will be considered.If paypal is used as payment, be prepared to pay the fees or do it as a gift..Please see my feedback on Audiogon and Ebay as Pianopig for reassurance..
