Each shielded satellite sports two low-distortion C.M.M.D. (Ceramic Metal Matrix Diaphragm™) drivers — a 3/4" tweeter and a 4" midrange — for perfectly integrated sound across the front and surround channels. The versatile base of each satellite serves as either a stand for shelf placement, or an ingenious wall-mount. The shielded center channel speaker flanks the same 3/4" tweeter with dual 4" C.M.M.D. midranges, in a gracefully curved cabinet that sits comfortably above or below your TV.
The subwoofer lends serious low-frequency thunder to the proceedings with its 300-watt RMS amplifier and 12" C.M.M.D. woofer. You'll also love Infinity's Room Adaptive Bass Optimzation System (RABOS), which lets you fine-tune response below 100 Hz. Using the included RABOS kit with SPL meter and the sub's single-band parametric EQ, you can transform boomy "one-note" bottom-end into tight, musical bass!
If you have a 6.1- or 7.1-channel receiver, you can tack on an extra satellite speaker (or two!) for even more enveloping surround sound!
