For sale (6) units of Strathearn Midrange Ribbon Transducers with 6-Pikatron model "RUS-1091" (superb German matching transformers made for the Strathearn). All ribbon units in good working order. These ribbons send most other types back to school. The reason is: they have a real midrange and operate down to 300Hz. Also the Strathearn has magnets in front of, and behind the ribbon. It is a true push-pull magnet motor. The lifelike projection of vocals is without peer, and a 300Hz crossover makes mating a dynamic bass driver possible. I have done it seamlessly. (Note:I had the Newform r45 V3s and sold them. They just were tweeters compared to the Strathearn. ) Each panel is about 23" tall and 3-panels per side is an awesome system.
