I have for sale a pair of Amperex labeled Phillips Miniwatt
E88CC with codes 7L3 Delta 8D and 8E. These are NOT 7L3 pinched
waist tubes, they are straight bottles and are marked 7L3. These
are extremely rare tubes and were only produced between Febuary
and June 1958 in Heerlen. There is not much info on these but
there is some out there. They do a nice job of "splitting the
distance" in performance between the 7L3 Pinched Waist tubes
and the 7L4 tubes for much less $ than a pair of PW tubes.
80/85 and 88/81 where 100 is new and 50 is replace on my B+K
707 with transistorized rectifier. These will be tested again
