Three RCA Radiotron engraved-base 245 globe tubes. All have RCA logo on the top of the globe. The 3 tubes include a strong-testing, close-matched pair plus and an additional NOS-test 245. Vintage boxes: one labeled 45 with corrugated liner and 2 labeled 24A. The 24A boxes in very good vintage shape. 45 box is taped. See pictures.All tubes have black plates and sounded excellent in my push/pull 45 mono blocks. To my ears, they have a fuller, richer sound than 45 ST “shoulder-style” tubes. One 245 globe tube and one 45 ST tube in each mono block gave me the best sound. Tubes were tested on my Weston 981 gm tester. Measurements are in micromhos. The MINIMUM GOOD reading for 45-type tubes on my tester is 770. NOS 45-type tubes test 1200 and over. I cannot guarantee that these tube will test the same on your tester as on mine. TEST RESULTS:
