Sylvania JAN CRC-6SN7W tall-bottle military tubes made for the Navy. All have Navy anchors. Matched pairs shipped in white or vintage boxes. These Sylvanias have a very full, rich, dramatic, holographic and powerful sound. Deep bass. To my ears and in my system, they sound very 3 dimensional with lots of detail and slam. Almost as holographic as the Sylvania 6SN7W metal-base tubes which can be twice the price. Measurements are in micromhos. The MINIMUM GOOD reading for a 6SN7 and VT-231 tube on my tester is 840. NOS 6SN7 and VT-231 tubes test 1600 and over.
