Philips Quartz Synthesized Tuner 180, also known as the AH180T, is an FM-AM quartz PLL synthesized tuner with a digital display that was made in Japan. It was part of the Philips Laboratory series and was Philips' first digital. Like the Technics ST-9030, the AH180 has the block diagram of its circuitry printed on its top cover. The AH180 has good specs for sensitivity, selectivity and IF rejection. It tunes FM in 50 kHz or 100 kHz intervals up or down, or by direct keyboard entry of frequencies. It also tunes the AM band in 1 kHz steps.
