This is a Pioneer PL-25 turntable. This vintage Pioneer from about 1972 ish, is very clean. The all walnut wood base is in great condition. The wood was treated and looks vey very nice! The original dust cover is almost flawless. The hinges work well and the cover looks excellent! This Pioneer PL-25 is a manual table. The PL-25 is an idler driven table. The 25 has Empire2100cartridge and Empire stylus. Both used, but the sound is very good. Balanced and cleaned, and lubed. This is one of those well made in Japan Pioneer tables!
