FS is a big Pioneer QX-9900 receiver with 4 amplifiers for 4 channels. Discrete Quad. Nice wood case. I used it for a long time hooked up w/ 4 speakers and it works as it should. 2 sets of pre-outs. I got it from the original owner, who got it in Vietnam in 1972. True story.Pluses:
Handsome appearance.
Works great, good sound.
all inputs work, inc. Phono (2).
Lights work (except speaker A button lights.)
All speaker plugs intact (8 total).
Clean face and FM dial. 1 nick.
Pots and controls cleaned, no scratchiness. Minus:
a few scratches and a nick on top front.
One speaker connection (rear left B) doesn't seem to to function), but do you really plan to hook up 8 speakers?
Reverb is weird, a gimmick. I assume it was never used and so isn't 'right.'
Same with one Microphone input knob, at lower right. Years of disuse is the cause. Heavy, so shipping will be about $38. I have original box (and manual w/ schematic), which will be packed inside another box. FedEx to US. asking 125. Paypal or M.
