Superb monitor from Infinity, in superb shape. They were recommended to me by a certain well-known audio expert at Harman - and they changed my audio life. They are simply phenomenal speakers. They bring out the heart and soul of music like few other speakers I've heard. They are easily in the same neighborhood with my Revel M22's. I'm selling because I need money for my business, and because my wife prefers the black veneer of my Revel M22's. These speakers are very hard for me to let go of, so the price is firm. I have taken very good care of them. They've only been used sporadically in critical listening sessions in a small room. This speaker is the passive version, which is better than the amplified version because 1) it doesn't have an amplifier to go bad, and
2) removing the amplifier gave the speaker more internal volume which allowed it to have lower frequency response than the active version (this second point was relayed to me by said expert). The grills are perfect, and there are no scratches in the aluminum finish.
