A solid state preamplifier from Professional Systems Engineering (PSE) of St. Paul, MN. Front panel has main output selector, mono, phase and 20db mute switches, as well as a tape output selector; no phono stage. The preamp returned from service in 2004 where switches were cleaned and unit completely checked over by PSE.
In the early 1990's the PSE SL preamp was one of the best solid state preamps available on the market for under $1000. A terrific budget preamp!
