Here we have a Thor TA-1000 Pre-amplifier. I purchased this 2 years ago as a used unit.
-A year Later I drove it to Thor Audio in Mass and had him completely upgrade the Unit and the power supply.
-This new version is to be the next release from Thor Audio, heres your chance to own it before its released.
-All new board and caps. Vcaps and Quri caps. New RCA jacks, new wiring, added a remote control and has the Carbon spikes and adjusters on bottom.
-This uses 2x 12AX7 and 2x 12AT tubes
-The sound difference is absolutely amazing from original to now.
-Was told this unit would sell for $12k when released officially.
-I did not have the chassis upgraded to new color or new face plate yet, was told that would be about $500
-Auditions welcome and you can bring your own pre-amp for A/B test. Live in CT
-When I purchased the unit there were 2 small dings on the bottom of the chassis, does not affect anything.
-Will listen to all offers unless they are just simply ridiculous.
