Made in Canada, factory built, approx. 10 years old- very low hours.
Quoting from the manual:
Cathode -follower headphone circuit capable of driving headphones with impedance from 32- 300 ohms. Switchable cathode follower line output with gain of +20db. Vacuum tube rectification and DC heater power supply. Four tube compliment - 5751/12AX7/ECC83- Yugoslav Ei currently ; 2- 12B4A GE ; 12X4- Sylvania. Has balance control and volume control - however balance control has been removed from circuit to increase gain- easily switched back if desired. Rear panel has toggle switch for headphone vs. line preamp function. Comes with manual and circuit diagram. Some issues with paint around the label area see macro picture - thus rated 7/10 -only noticeable close up - otherwise fully functional. Shipping at cost from W. Canada with tracking and insurance via postal service approx $25-30 US or Canada
Not recommended for IEM's or high impedance 'phones . Also have QED passive MA20 2 way input expander available which could be combined to make this a 2 input device for additional $40. Paypal (+fee) or email money transfer in Canada or international postal money order. Tested it with my Beyerdynamic 250.s - no noise or scrathiness in volume pot, no tube rush, very quiet. Runs the Beyers- a 250 ohm load - to loud levels between 12 and 1 o'clock.
