Hello,Offered here are a pair of Western Electric 396A dual triode vacuum tubes. These are compatible in any position that calls for a 2C51, 5670, 6N3P, 6CC42 or 6385 tube. These test well on my Hickok 533A tube tester. The life test is also strong, and there are no shorts or gas of course. Their pins have gone through a pin straightener to make sure that they're exact. I've also tested each one in the gain stage of my preamplifier to verify quality for a song or two. Microphonics are very low, to non- existent. Remarkably good sounding tubes, IMO. The W.E. boxes are not original to the tubes (but are the correct style). I have many pairs available, so I can match transconductance or date codes as close as possible for you.
