For the discerning inmate who wants the best in push-pull sound, here are two matched quads that I originally purchased from Jim McShane. I have no use for them since I switched to SET amps. These are NOS with good labels -- not TAN. These are VSOP UNOBTANIUM NOS Type II -- not the unreliable Type III. This is a good buy compared to most any other quad of 6500/KT88 types on the market when you look at the marginal cost differential. Price is $600 for the matched quad.
