This Playback Designs MPD-3 DAC is in flawless, as new condition with everything provided by the manufacturer included. I purchased it brand new and factory sealed in August of 2012 and it has never had any issues. It provides superb decoding of PCM files up to 24bit/384kHz, as well as single and double DSD file bitstream decoding via the USB input.
