Time to thin the herd... This is a great integrated that deserves to be played more. A lot of unique features to keep it reliable especially the heat pipe cooling technology. Oh yeah, it sounds terrific!
Vintage silver-face Technics "New Class A" amplifier from 1983. The SU-V707 delivers 90 watt/ch RMS and is very heavy and solidly-built with an aluminum face plate and knobs. Functions perfectly!!! All pots and switches are smooth and silent! Two minor issues: two of the crappy speaker connectors are broken but that is not an issue since there are two sets of speaker outputs, I just use the unbroken set. The other issue is a small scratch on the front panel (see photo) and some very minor scratches on the top cover. It will come with the original box and the original (not a copy ) manual in addition to a copy of the service manual.
