I purchased this DAC several months ago but am replacing it with a Lyngdorf preamp/dac to simplify my system.. This is the finest DAC I have heard. It is a tube DAC that utilizes 2 vintage Tungsol 5814a's, I Raytheon 6x5 and 1 ECL82 from Holland.It is transformer coupled and non-oversampling. It is very, very close to an analogue sound..Organic, transparent, non-fatiguing..The output transformer is copper wired Audio Note..It uses Audio Note copper foil capacitors..There are inputs and outputs for balanced and unbalanced applications.Shipping will be a flat rate of $45 insured to the ConUS..Please see my feedback on Audiogon and Ebay as Pianopig and buy with confidence!
