The front is near perfect with only a tiny mark on the right top part of the rack mount holes, the rest looks perfect. The name says it all, it has been and still is the Benchmark for reviewers when it comes to D/A converters.
This one has BNC Coax (S/PDIF), Optical and AES/EBU (XLR) inputs and XLR and RCA outputs that can be set to fixed volume output or variable (adjusted with the volume knob on the front).
It also has an outstanding headphone amp built in that has 2 1/4” jack outputs.
