The remote is very slightly sticky to the touch on certain parts. I think it's due to the material used on it. You can also use Logitech line of universal remotes with W4S products these days. The dealer I purchased this preamp from also helped installed a Furutech fuse (an upgrade) in it. Only for sale because I am selling off a secondary system.
