Up for sale is a better than new pair of HE560 headphones, if you are familiar with these and you do some research you will find a group of owners that absolutely love these phones but have major issues with the yoke/headband/speaker mount breaking, this assembly is made of a very cheap plastic and breaks with normal use. This pair has just had this assembly replaced with the Hifiman Sundara metal headband/yoke speaker assembly making this set really durable and lasting, problem solved. this pair is 6 months old with light use, found myself listening to these more than my Audeze LCD2f but just could not deal with the yoke issue and purchased the Hifiman Edition XV2s to replace them (the piece in issue is all metal on the XV2), to Hifimans credit they finally solved the problem but after I had moved on, hence the sale. phones will be shipped in the original packing as they came with leather earpads installed and the stock ones included. Price includes shipping by USPS and Paypal fees. I have started to gather a little feedback here and on US Audio Mart but have close to 100 transactions on Audiogon as tooblue all positive.
