This superb cartridge is about 3 years old with roughly 300 hours on it. It just came from a Rega P3 and was played sparingly and meticulously cared for. Cosmetics are nearly flawless. Playback is smooth, rich and detailed with tight bass and outstanding imaging. This is the high-output MC version that works with both MM and MC phono stages. It delivered plenty of output through my Rega Fono Mini A2D. The EVO III has excellent reviews in several audiophile publications including Stereophile and The Absolute Sound. I don’t have the original packaging, so the cartridge will be shipped in the jewel case and box for a Denon DL-110 as shown in the photos. A printed copy of the owner’s manual will also be included. Rated 8/10 due to age. It currently sells for $550.00 new, and this is a super bargain at less than half that cost.
