Reluctantly selling my EAR 868 preamplifier due to current financial obligations. This is the linestage only version and is less than 3 years old. The 868 rarely comes up for sale, either here or on AG, and certainly not at this price point. As you can see from the pics, cosmetically it is in very good condition. There is an indentation on the bottom left corner of the rear panel, but you have to get up close to see it. It is not visible from the front and does not affect performance. Comes with owners manual, and remote. I no longer have the original box, but will be meticulously packed and double boxed. More pics are available on request. I am now also including FREE, the Magro 24 4-shelf equipment stand, which retailed for $400. It was reviewed in the Feb. 1995 Stereophile and spent 7 years as a Stereophile recommended component.
